Transparent fee structure for all users
A 10% platform fee is applied to all subscription payments to maintain and improve the platform.
A 1% processing fee is applied when coaches withdraw their earnings from the platform.
All fees are clearly displayed before any transaction. What you see is what you pay.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 7 days of payment.
If a client pays 100 EGP for a subscription, the coach receives 90 EGP. When the coach withdraws 90 EGP, they receive 89.10 EGP after the 1% withdrawal fee.
Important rules for coaches using our platform
Coaches are strictly prohibited from accepting payments outside the platform. All transactions must go through our secure payment system.
All client communication regarding coaching services should occur through our platform's chat system.
Coaches must maintain high standards of service and respond to clients within 24 hours.
Workout plans and nutrition guides created on the platform remain the intellectual property of the coach.
Accepting payments outside the platform will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of pending earnings.
How payments are handled on our platform
All payments are processed securely through Paymob. Payment details are never stored on our servers.
Coaches can request withdrawals at any time. Processing typically takes 1-3 business days.
Minimum withdrawal amount is 100 EGP. Maximum single withdrawal is 10,000 EGP.
Payment disputes should be reported within 7 days of the transaction.
How we keep your information safe
All sensitive data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
Strict access controls ensure only authorized personnel can access your data.
We conduct regular security audits and penetration testing to identify and fix vulnerabilities.
Your data is regularly backed up to secure, geographically distributed servers.
Your rights and responsibilities on our platform
You have the right to request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
You can request complete deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Users may not share harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content on the platform.
Respect the intellectual property rights of others. Do not copy or redistribute content without permission.
Conditions for account suspension or termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms of service.
Accounts involved in fraudulent activities will be immediately suspended.
Upon termination, pending earnings will be forfeited if the termination is due to policy violations.
Users may appeal account termination decisions by contacting support within 14 days.
